Provisions of regulation and law, including the National Civil Service Act as amended and in force from December 31, 2008, stipulate that a public interest incorporated corporation or foundation is regarded to have an “especially close relationship with the government” when that entity offers new employment as an officer to a former member of the national civil service. Such corporations or foundations are required to report that status in advance to the government. The Mental Health Okamoto Memorial Foundation is hereby informing the public that the designation does not apply to the Foundation. The Foundation takes this action in compliance with reporting requirements for “notification regarding applicability of incorporated corporations especially close relationship with the government.” |
